Description:American entertainer best known for his national radio and TV shows between 1931-71, especially as the host of the TV program “The Red Skelton Show”. He has stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his work in radio and TV. He also appeared in burlesque, vaudeville, films, nightclubs and casinos. In later life he took up painting, (mostly clowns) with considerable success.
