ISP – Inscribed Signed Photograph. Dedicated and signed to Elizabeth Manny, an assistant television costumer designer for The Love Boat (on which series Bolger made an appearance). Nice 8″x10″ black/white glossy character still as the scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz (MGM 1939). Light toning but, overall, very good.
