Appears to be some kind of petition to Pius VII from the noble family of Giuseppe and Maria Fornari of Rieti. Mentions bequeath to the cathedral and other matters. Accompanied by original mailing panel to the Bishop of Rieti. Odd little bit of papal history. You can’t beat this price!
