LS – Letter Signed, one page with integral address panel, 1765, to the publisher Reimondini, Venice. Reads: Last week I advised you that I received two letters from you after a long silence. Included was a single sheet about my inquiry into Father Patuzzi. Therefore, except f.A., I am missing all of the other folios until the second last. Once again, I pray that you advise me of the number of volumes of St. Thomas and their cost as I lost your first letter. I also desire the price of the three supplements of Fr. Ferraris. I hope that the printing of the ‘Morale’ will have begun at this point. Finally, I am waitng to know the price for #206. Apologies that I sent it to be bound in Naples rather than your firm in Venice. Generalized toning, usual folds but, given its age, in very good condition. Uncommon and desirable.
