ANS – Autograph Note Signed, 1951, as papal nuncio to Austria. Writes to an unnamed bishop concerning the rector of a seminary. Boldly penned example. The first item we have ever had of Archbishop Heim.
While considered a “maverick” by English heraldry standards, Heim was in time responsible for the designs of the coats of arms of four popes.
