Recently, we acquired a highly-desirable Autograph Note Signed of Diana, Princess of Wales, written just months before her tragic death in 1997. The two-sided handwritten note was penned on Kensington Palace stationery.  It was addressed to the late Dudley Poplak, her long-time interior designer and confidant. Poplak first met the Prince and Princess in 1981 when he was commissioned to re-design many of the rooms of Highgrove House. This note is penned on a pale blue notecard in fountain pen ink. It reads:  Dear Dudley, How kind it was of you to telephone me from Germany – I am so relieved by your news & its typical of you to let those who love you to know of the positive message, so we can relate a lot!  Thank you for the call, Dudley & lots of love from Diana xo. Since 2000, the value of a Diana signature has risen over 550%. As more primary material is absorbed into private hands, demand will outpace supply.  For a nominal sum we can arrange to have this collectible treasure professionally matted and framed with a suitable portrait of the Princess.
